51st Edition of the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the UvA

25 July 2013

From 1-26 July, the 51st edition of the Columbia Summer Program in Law took place at the University of Amsterdam. 45 Legal professionals and students from all over the world came to Amsterdam for a four-week summer course in American law, taught by prominent Columbia Law School professors.

Apart from courses such as Torts, Corporations and Litigation, students took part in a thrilling Moot Court at Loyens & Loeff, visited De Brauw Law firm and went on a trip to the Kröller-Müller museum. In between classes participants had lunch together, and after class there were frequent get-togethers, in some cases also attended by the professors. Close ties and fun activities have made sure this has been a summer to remember for all involved.
