In simulations, students play the role of lawyers in hypothetical scenarios. Students are expected to assume the role of a legal professional and present a legal opinion or point of view from the perspective of that role. The “experience” aspect is intertwined with the “imitation” and “reflection” aspects; as close as possible to reality.
